Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "you") and nustr ("nustr", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing nustr.one, registering an account, or placing any wager on the nustr platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue all use of the nustr platform.
1.1 Access to and use of the nustr platform — including all games, services, features, and content made available through nustr.one — is subject to this Agreement, the nustr Privacy Policy, and any additional game-specific rules published by nustr from time to time. All such documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the Agreement.
1.2 By completing the nustr registration process, you confirm that (a) you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full; (b) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (c) you consent to nustr processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
1.3 nustr reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any revised Agreement constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. nustr will endeavour to notify registered members of material changes via the email address or mobile number registered to their account.
Age Requirement — 21 Years and Older: Pursuant to Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR, participation in any real-money gaming activity on the nustr platform is strictly limited to persons who are 21 years of age or older. nustr enforces this requirement at registration and at any point during account operation. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person below the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned less any applicable processing costs.
2.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an active nustr account, you must:

2.3 Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active nustr account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.1 To access real-money gaming on the nustr platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. nustr is entitled to rely on the information you provide, and you are responsible for updating your account details promptly if any information changes.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nustr account credentials, including your password and any linked authentication methods (including GCash or PayMaya authentication tokens). nustr will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 You must notify nustr immediately via live chat or the contact email set out in Section 14 if you suspect unauthorized access to your nustr account. nustr may suspend or freeze your account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.
3.4 nustr conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. You consent to nustr verifying your identity through third-party verification services and to nustr requesting supporting documentation including but not limited to a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.1 nustr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the nustr platform from time to time. nustr does not accept cash deposits.
4.2 All transactions on the nustr platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). nustr is not responsible for currency conversion fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Verified nustr members may expect GCash withdrawal processing within one (1) hour for amounts not exceeding ₱50,000, subject to network availability and nustr's internal fraud screening processes. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are subject to standard interbank processing times.
4.4 nustr reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of this Agreement, and to report such activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.
4.5 Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
5.1 All games available on the nustr platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment and human dealers operating in real-time. nustr publishes the return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game in the catalog.
5.2 The results of all nustr games are final and binding once a round is completed, except in cases of a verified technical error as described in Clause 5.4. nustr is not responsible for any errors in judgment on the part of the player.
5.3 nustr reserves the right to void any bet or round where a technical error, software malfunction, or communication failure has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome. In such cases, the affected stake(s) will be returned to the player's nustr wallet.
5.4 All sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules published for each market. nustr reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with those rules and industry-standard practices. Results from official competition authorities are used for settlement purposes.
6.1 nustr offers various promotional benefits including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements and conditions published at the time of each offer.
6.2 Bonuses are issued at nustr's sole discretion. nustr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to not affecting any bonus already credited to a member's account prior to such modification.
6.3 Any member found to be exploiting promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to extract bonus value — will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any bonus balance, and recovery of any associated winnings.
6.4 Bonuses may not be transferred between nustr accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash prior to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nustr platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the nustr platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any nustr content without express written authorization.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of nustr intellectual property may give rise to civil liability and criminal prosecution under Philippine and applicable international law.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the nustr platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to hardware or software.
10.2 nustr's total aggregate liability to any individual member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to their nustr account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits nustr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.4 The nustr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nustr makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, and expressly disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11.1 nustr may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, where nustr determines in its sole reasonable discretion that: (a) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) your continued account operation poses a legal, regulatory, or security risk to the Platform; or (c) you have been inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months.
11.2 Upon lawful account closure, nustr will return any verifiable real-money balance (net of applicable bonus adjustments) to the payment method registered to the account, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
11.3 You may request voluntary closure of your nustr account at any time by contacting nustr Support. Voluntary account closure does not affect nustr's right to retain member data in accordance with its legal data retention obligations.
12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the nustr platform shall first be submitted to nustr's internal dispute resolution process. Members may initiate a dispute by contacting nustr Support, providing full details of the issue and any supporting evidence. nustr will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.1 nustr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Agreement will be published on nustr.one/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, nustr will take reasonable steps to notify registered members via their registered contact details.
13.2 Your continued use of the nustr platform after the effective date of any amended Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the nustr platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
