This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how nustr ("nustr", "we", "us") processes the personal information of persons ("you", "Data Subject") who access or use the nustr platform at nustr.one. This Policy is issued in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines ("DPA"), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering a nustr account or using any nustr service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
1.1 This Policy applies to all personal information collected by nustr in connection with the operation of the nustr online gaming platform, including data collected through nustr.one, nustr's mobile-optimized web interface, customer support communications, payment processing flows, and any promotional or loyalty programs operated by nustr.
1.2 This Policy applies to all nustr members, prospective members who interact with the nustr registration flow without completing registration, and visitors to nustr.one who have not created an account. It does not apply to third-party platforms, payment providers, or external websites linked from nustr content.

2.1 Registration and Identity Data: When you create a nustr account, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password hash. We do not store plaintext passwords.
2.2 KYC Verification Data: In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act, nustr may request and retain copies of government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, driver's licence, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and selfie photographs for identity verification purposes.
2.3 Financial Data: nustr records transaction history including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, GCash transaction reference numbers, BPI/BDO/Metrobank transfer references, and wallet balances. nustr does not store full GCash PINs or bank account passwords — these are processed exclusively through the relevant payment provider's secure infrastructure.
2.4 Gaming and Behavioural Data: nustr collects records of games played, wager amounts, session duration, bonus usage, and sports betting selections. This data is used for platform operations, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring.
2.5 Technical and Device Data: nustr automatically collects IP address, device type and operating system, browser type, screen resolution, and session identifiers when you access the nustr platform. This data is used for security monitoring, fraud detection, and platform optimization for Philippine mobile conditions.
2.6 Communications Data: Records of your interactions with nustr customer support — including live chat transcripts, support ticket content, and email correspondence — are retained for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and training purposes.
2.7 Marketing Preferences: Where you have opted in to receive promotional communications from nustr, we retain your contact details and marketing preference settings.

If nustr becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person below the minimum age, such data will be deleted immediately and the associated account permanently closed. 11.1 nustr's primary data infrastructure is located in the Asia-Pacific region. In certain cases — including the use of third-party fraud detection and analytics services — your data may be processed by service providers located outside the Philippines.
11.2 Where such transfers occur, nustr ensures that the receiving party provides an adequate level of data protection through appropriate contractual safeguards, consistent with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data flows.
12.1 nustr reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements, or platform operations. The revised Policy will be published at nustr.one/privacy-policy with an updated "Last Updated" date.
12.2 Where changes are material, nustr will notify registered members via their registered email address or mobile number. Your continued use of the nustr platform following publication of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may request voluntary account closure in accordance with the nustr Terms & Conditions.
